《Light Up 台中2024》的主視覺，我們重新描繪光在城市夜空中的樣子。以冬夜最熟悉的藍紫作為底色，讓整個畫面沉澱為一種安靜而深刻的背景，使光能真正被看見、被感受。視覺的核心，是由中心向外擴散的放射光束。它象徵城市能量正在往上延展，也象徵節慶氛圍正在被點燃。光線不是強烈的，而是一種緩慢上升的力量，像冬夜裡一口深呼吸後的微暖，帶著推動人前行的輕盈。
我們將藍紫、螢光綠、星芒白作為主色。藍紫代表夜的深度，螢光綠象徵希望的跳動，而星芒白則成為視覺最純淨的亮點。三種顏色交織出屬於台中的城市節奏——內斂但帶能量，寧靜卻有方向。來自現場裝置的白色球體被抽象化為漂浮的雲、星球與光點，在畫面中以不同尺度散佈。它們構成一種輕柔的立體感，像願望在夜空裡慢慢成形，也像生活裡那些被光照到的瞬間：簡單、真實、不需言語。霧化光圈、細緻星芒與線性光條則進一步讓畫面更具呼吸感，讓視覺在靜止中依然保有溫度。

The main visual for Light Up Taichung 2024 reimagines the presence of light within the city’s winter night. Using a familiar deep blue-violet as the foundation, the scene settles into a quiet, contemplative backdrop—allowing the light itself to be truly seen and felt.
At the heart of the visual is a radiating beam that extends outward from the center. It symbolizes the city’s energy rising upward, as well as the gentle ignition of the festive season. The light is not harsh or overpowering; instead, it ascends slowly—like a warm breath in a cold night—carrying a subtle sense of uplift and forward motion.
The palette centers on blue-violet, neon green, and starlight white. Blue-violet conveys the depth of night, neon green represents the pulse of hope, and starlight white becomes the purest point of brightness within the composition. Together, these hues create a visual rhythm unique to Taichung—reserved yet vibrant, serene yet purposeful.
White spheres inspired by the physical installation are abstracted into floating clouds, orbs, and points of light scattered across various scales.
